besides the whole voting up issues that seem to be all over digg.com this new approach brings digg into the social age and makes the whole experience dramatically more social and personal. With so many new features its hard to figure out where to start.

Well lets see for starters the most useful feature i have so far is the *save* button that you will find under every post that is sent to your feed.

i find myself seeing an intresting article and just hitting save for later and moving on to skim for other articles to talk about on the website.

This little addition has to be the single most useful thing digg has ever had hands down. Your now able *like twitter* to pick from a list of top diggers to follow there diggs the latest diggs will show up on a side bar where you can quickly skimm

these diggers are separated in different categorizes so that you can tailer the news to only what your interested in

your diggs also show up as well as your close friends. Notice there are no names of the person who posted the article. i would think they did this to help stop the up voting that’s been destroying digg.com

every time i ask around even when asking who wants an invite to this alpha test the main thing people would say is *i don’t use digg anymore non of my articles make front page* with these changes i would think that networking would get your article out there for people to see other then relying on people who will digg you down just so there opinion can make front page.

im happy to see that kevin rose understands the issue and is actively trying to fix this issue.

so far the new features and the overall flow of *the new digg* is amazing and im excited to see this new and socially improved website take off so that when i ask if you use digg.com the response would most likely  lead to *sure did you see the article i posted *

Yesterday marked the start of vindictus which so far seems to be a visceral game everything is fluid and i have lot and lots to say about this game but ill leave the bulk of my review of this beta for the War Room  (httP;//blog.modtv1337.com/war-room)

Although i have multiple issues with ea itself the servers on the other hand is whats going to be the downfall of ea and the main reason why i no longer see this company as a viable source for good quality games. Sure the game developers drop the ball every now and then like making it a feature to be able to snipe someone with a shotgun from across the map.

but im sorry i can’t place them with the responsibility of fixing there servers. If its not a common fact gaming companies rent servers from other companies and for some reason across the board with every ea labeled game its a high chance there will be server issues to the point that you wont be able to log into your game!! Yea thats right a 60$ game sitting there not being able to be used due to crappy server issues. and almost like a mirror image to how xbox works ea refuses to acknowledge that there is even an issue and the eager little 10yr olds has gotten use to waiting on crapy service without complaining.

how ea managed to do this is beyond me but let this happen on playstation 3 and all hell will break out there will be picketing in front of ea and it will be on the news. The only conclusion i could come up with is there is a huge age difference between ps3 and xbox these days and ea is taking advantage of the situation 3 times over  i will never buy another ea sponsored game ever its not worth my time and frustration and the remarkable thing is that im not alone everyone knows ea has crappy server issues and those who refuse to see this are more fanboys then i can even fatham *no no its down because there making the servers better…every weekend…..*   it seems that there is a huge difference between games that come out on consoles via games on the pc  in which  pc games think for the future

what i mean is that they make a game and make it opensource so the community can expand on the sandbox world they have made expansions are more then always free and the longevity of the title is tripled due to *true modders* xbox modders dont count because there only worried about making themselves invincible *due to the main fact they sux at fps :/ *

It’s a sad day when pc games are more secure then xbox live games! xbox is nothing less then a low end pc from 2006 with no means of security and a false report system that gives the illusion that  there is some sort of retort to malicious modders on xbox 360

how is it that just by playing grand theft auto my xbox could be frozen on demand its gotten so bad *like batman* they now have one liners they use before freezing the room

and its not just Gta4 this issue stretches across the board Burn out paradise ….. which has a dashboard with what was suppose to be updated with the latest events and live happenings on the server hasn’t been updated since mid 09

Cut off Day

From the day the game is released what is the cut off day? It’s obvious by now that there is a cut off day for every game when the developers stop sending out updates to the game and if they decide to even release maps the maps will stop extra content is haulted

lets take for instance Battlefield 1943 there has been No new maps for that game the only thing ive seen change in that game was the ticker letting you know to buy there next big game ….. no updates to fix the map that glitches since day one the infamous black streak that ..if your a sniper will destroy any chance of you playing the game as it was intended.
60$ and your left to the curb with a one time buy from your favorite gamestore could you imagine what would happen if the game stores would actually let you return your game. Returning all your money that will make the developers really think hard before releasing crap for people to buy. Because at the end of the day its about the money i mean they are a business.

My second response to this generic answer i got

I’t seems that i wasn’t clear enough with what my issue is
i am well aware of how to file a complaint via the xbox live but that method over the *months* are ineffective

My console is being affected directly by another player where they can freeze my xbox at will. this is a major issue and it seems no one has the correct protocol to deal with this issue

Ive given you the player’s name and i also have voice mail on my account *modtv1337* of the person gloating about never being caught

i had to buy a xbox slim because my last xbox fried because of them and i could not return the xbox because it was not red rings which ment i would of had to pay for repair

now my new xbox is suffering the same fate so im asking for more then a redirect to how to complain on a character this is not an issue of someone beating me in a game nor is it an issue of someone saying something and me retaliating i am not some 15 year old kid mad and throwing a fit i am a working 25yr old husband with 2 kids and a loving wife

this is an issue of my xbox possibly being fried this is an issue that i paid 300$ for my new xbox not to mention 60$ for the game and im being forced off the game and console not of my own free will

you provide a service which i pay 50$ a year for and all i ask is for someone to look into this so that this kinda thing is stopped

i will continue to log gamer tags and try my best to back up my claims with evidence so that i can build a case because i fear the only resort i have if this cant be solved by support would be legal action

i could look past all this if they would just care about the quality of gaming on the xbox its not enough to make a mediocre console and go “see look i did it!!” they have control of servers why is it ok for modders to freeze your console at will? how is that ok?

When and how i ran into this company was way back around E3  sponsoring the release nexon company  you know the ones responsible for awesome mmos such as Mabinogi for that event was non other then Spirit hoods with free hoodies for lucky followers on the vindictus facebook  vindictus being the new mmo nexon is to release closely resembling mabinogi …. moving on!

Back when there was only two or three post on there blog site there was little to make of this company except they had intriguing hoodies that i could see myself wearing at some point  But expensive.  Ranging  in the 160 to 200$  price range i immediately stashed this in my possibly down the line folder for things to keep and eye on when price drops.

Thankfully prices have recently gone down to the 60-130$ range with the price drops comes my interest in the product and company again. For a good cause you can get an awesome hood inspired by your favorite animal while at the same time donating to animal rehabilitation programs.

I wish they would put a little side note for people to see while gazing at the different products but at the same times its kinda obvious any hood with the blue tag
