So it is official now, the U.S. government is watching you on twitter, your tweets are no longer private. And it is legal.
Government officials say they are going to watch Twitter for people breaking the law (right?).
How can this be legal you ask? Who knows the government does whatever they want and there is nothing you can do about it.
What is worse on top of that is they are archving ALL previous tweets everymade, there is over 55 million tweets made everyday.
And after so long the tweets are going to be posted on a government website that anyone can acess.
On top of all that, they are monitering our Facebooks and Myspaces too, and many other social networking sites.
So remember, next time you joke on Twitter that you just killed a hooker, the FBI might bust down you front door.

Why you should hold off on impulse buying the Ipad

If i were to give you any advice this would be it, do not buy the ipad. At the very least go to a apple store near you and check out the ipad for yourself before running out on just hype alone. Personally im starting to lose what little apple fanaticism i was starting to have and coming to my senses. Ipad isn’t something you need its something you want and unlike the iphone i don’t think its going to have the same effect as it did in the mobile world. Here are some of the faults i find with the ipad that has me waiting for Microsoft’s version instead.
Stylus
The ability to write out Or Draw things on the ipad is missing instead they lure you in with the ability to multitouch just like you do on the iphone. But what good is that for productivity? Suuure they add an the ability to connect to the ipad with bluetooth devices like a keyboard but i know light weight tablet laptops that can do much more and still come complete with a stylus. Not making the ipad stylus friendly in my opinion was a big loss for apple in my opinion see as a large amount of people i know only look at apple laptops for video and photo editing capabilities.
Size
I don’t care what anyone says size matters. Closer look at the ipad reveals it’s awkwardly smaller then the ipad displayed in their commercials. Also theres a thick black border around the entire device giving the illusion its bigger then it really is. Most people love this boarding saying that its something to hold on to … but if this was ment for your lap and built to work as such why would there need to be a boarder? even if u had to grab it i feel it would be aesthetically pleasing to continue the video screen to the edge and not the touch sensors so that you could still grip the ends without setting off an event but then again i guess it will take a rocket scientist to figure this out
Flash or lack there of
With html5 on it’s way flash seems to not even be as much of an issue as everyone is making it out to be. Although i think that flash is not the issue it’s just the poster boy for what really is everyone’s gripe about apple in general. does the word neo nazis ring a bell? yea i know thats a little extreme but with apple’s ever showing will to keep there product locked down tighter then the fat patrol on guard the day kevin smith decided he wanted to fly south by south west there is little room for innovation. Its not the fact that they wont let flash on the iphone it’s how they went about it as if the iphone was a privilege not a right. You get what they give you and you will like it.
Implement the costumer’s wishes
You would thing that with all the crying about forward facing camera apple would get it but alas this concept has evaded them like splinter cell. The concept of the forward facing camera was video chat for some reason the ceos think that video chat means nothing. Has phreadz.com teached them anything what about seesmic.tv? at the very least stickam as much as they where charging for an over grown iphone you would think that they would add a camera somewhere but were left with a downgraded version of the iphone stretched out just a little to create the ipad.
i was hoping for something more the i7 mobile cpu is in the market now and mobile gpu graphics cards are getting better take for example
mx11 from alienware it’s just not feasible to be an early adopter for ipad specialy when you cant even figure out what to use it for. When you have to ask yourself why is this worth it usually it isn’t worth it at all.
If anything look at the tablet from microsoft named courier. If the ipad was half of what this can do i would already own it and this is what i believe a tablet should be like. But who knows who will come out on top for the first time though im putting my money on microsoft.

I remember when news slipped about Live Space what an exciting idea which seemed to already be 98% polished and complete and ready for the market. Then there was news of a company called OnLive using similar technology, running high end graphics via the high end server then streaming the content to your handheld or pc. With this method they too are able to run games that would other wise require high end hardware.
Everything would run server side, no need for high end hardware they said and when looking at the information that slipped for live space tech crunch also discovered the company backing live space was Otoy. Two years ago if you looked at the site it was just being built now you can see that they’ve been developing the backing end for this exciting technology all along.

Altho it’s exciting to know you no longer need to have the latest gpu to enjoy good games, i feel that bus speed will always be faster. No matter what they say lag will be inherent and if not i would be very curious as to how they got over this historical hurtle. Otoy’s proposition is exciting but i doubt it will kill the already too popular xbox as i said before and what i will say again only time will tell but what’s good news for all you mac fanboys out there you can now game your little heart out without having to use some third party application and if anything this is a windows killer now that there is a nice fast easy way to play games in the browser i dont think anyone will be interested in windows anymore when there are far more exciting operation systems out there like linux. you heard it here first

So here’s the deal after weeks trying to figure out what the hell is going on i finally figured out that everyone can still post on my forums it’s just me that’s left out. It occurred to me that omg my college has blocked my forums! This is an out rage soo what do you do? well for one i am going to start to look for ways around this so called block anyone have any ideas? proxy changes ect ect We will find the best way to bypass any school computer block and give the Finger to the man WHO’S WITH ME!!! THIS SERVER IS GOING DOWN!!! WOOT WOOT
A week after my pc build

A week after i finished my build and it’s been amazing first off as a gamer let me just say that
xbox ….. contrary to what everrrryone is saying xbox has nothing on a high end pc, textures pop and the details far surpasses what xbox or playstation can do. A high end gaming rig lends more room for tweaking what ever game while still staying in the middle of all your social interactions like games for windows with a built in xbl from xbox so that you can still chat with friends with xbox360
No hang time!!
the xbl does not lag O.O omfg its amazing there is no hang time what so ever when a game starts up and you want to pull up the xbl to start sending a message. non at all 
and oh the power!!! i have so much power under my belt that it’s hard for me to figure out what to do with it

Using a program called Fraps http://www.fraps.com/ combined with Adobe Premire Pro http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere/ i am able to make dynamic videos without my computer even making a hiccup
Fast and snappy
If i was going to name my experience so far i would say “fast and snappy” everything just snaps so much i have become accustom to the instant response to what ever i want. Be it video editing,photoshop cs4, or Gaming everything just snaps. And with minimal clutter inside the case i don’t even need any high end cooling unit or water cooling with an over clocked graphics card aka “Gpu“. Once you know what your results could be from building your own computer you will never again look to buying a computer again from any major retailer ie Dell,Hp ect. don’t get me wrong they have there purpose in this world for those who don’t want to hassle themselves with building there own computer but will take a huge hit with the price to quality ratio.
In other words your computer will be highly over priced example my final build came up to $1200. If you go out and even look in i7′s direction be prepared to spend far more then that

Being that this is really my first high end build im going to use this as a reference point im seeing performance far surpassing everyone else’s rig. Snappy!!!
Yea i know im tooting my own horn here but it just amazes me what time,saving, patiences, and some time on google,newegg, and tigerdirect can do for you. If in doubt trust in google thats what i always say.
i can go all day about whats in the computer all the different specs and the benchmarks i have without even overclocking the i7 from 2.6 but thats not going to help anyone. What i am going to say is that research is important!
Educate yourself!!
The more you know about what a cpu does or what the propose of a graphics card is in your computer the better off you are Suuuuree im a geek but it’s not like ive been doing this my whole life…. to tell you the truth i’ve been slowly upgrading a 1994 computer for years. As long as it runs i was ok but what i didn’t know i didn’t worry about its 2010 there are far more things a computer can do without breaking the bank save save save that can not be stressed enough. You will want to have the fastest computer there is. If your going to spend money future proof so that its an investment you will only have to make once every 5-6 years. Its like a car in alot of ways to take a car into the dealership to get fixed is more expensive to buy one from the dealership is expensive so what do you do?
Thats right you go to a side dealership to buy your new ride well how cheap do you think it will be if you build it yourself? And it’s not hard if you know how to play with legos you can put a computer together and with operation system disks these days “os” for short after the build is done and everything is complete you pop the cd in and it does the rest of the work for you without a problem. If in doubt there are plenty of websites that take you through step by step how to build and put computers together so i figure why should i be another one of those people instead im going to show you the benefits to building your own computer and why it will be well worth it no matter what profession you are in.
It so important there trying to pass a bill that will bring internet to the whole of america stretching from west to east coast in a blanket of wifi that just has me excited. Don’t be fooled information is power how do you think google which lets all be reminded is a Indexing company is now buried in tons of money!! the most successful websites i have seen are those that flow with updated information every hour ….(which i can not keep up with) so the best i can do is share my experience and now that i have a powerful computer i am now able to do that!
And from what im seeing your going to want an update computer i did it for school and education but the main benefit will be the increase in bandwidth with all these law being passed it will behoove you to get your computer in order to take advantage of all the high definition content being streamed these days over the web instant access to powerful tools. That will help you grow and be more productive it’s not longer a criteria that you have to be interested in High end gaming or photoshop ect to need a powerful computer and i feel that its no longer a accessory to the house it’s more then ever a necessity essential to your ongoing education and those who you love closely
Computers are Educational also there Social!! connecting millions of people everyday via webcam bringing them closer where any other way they would be distant nothing beats a video chat as opposed to a phone call. sometimes you need to see there facial expressions only that person can make which brings comfort i can go on and on about this all but this is dragging out till next time

My first i7 Build
Building a computer to most people is intimidating but its nothing different from building lego houses then turning it on and running a cd to get the operation system on it . These days between google and youtube you could learn just about anything you want to know! this is true for alot of things that deals with the personal computer plug and play friend is the name of the game

Xbox how i loved you so….
Throughout the years from around 2005 till present i have been actively playing my xbox like it was going out of style. from Ghost Recon tournaments to late night splintercell matches screaming in fear as i hid in the attic as a spy. Me and my xbox are finally getting to the point where i have to bid adue. I know alot of my friends are just as shocked as i as when i finally found no more interest in xbox and im going to explain exactly why i decided to leave the good ole’ faithful behind.
I can remember all those years when xbox360 first came out and the lines of people at compusa in midtown Manhattan lining up to play the latest game on the console which at that time was king kong.
It was never before seen individual hairs for the ape swaying the 3d space it was revolutionary ..for it’s time. Now however 5 years later it’s far from the greatest gaming experience your can get and xbox has no plans on renewing there xbox for what is said to be another 5 years. The only thing that seems to keep me somewhat tied to this console is the curiosity of what natal might be about and what it could offer. But natal alone wont keep me from enjoying what seems to be a better gaming environment. The reason im leaving are all the reasons that xbox seems to fail in and here are just a few. Before going off in a rant let me just state that everyone is different everyone has there own genre of gameplay that they love some people enjoy flight sims so they tend to buy games like tom clancy’s hawk some people are into first person shooters ect.
What i seem to enjoy the most out of everything is Open world Sandbox games one good example is grand theft auto you could find me waisting countless hours roaming the free mode on that game talking as much trash to as many people as i could before calling my day a success and retreating to my bed for slumber of epic proportions. It was open world which means you had a huge map to explore with friends using vehicles ect there was no linear aspect to the game you could do what ever you wanted and that alone grabbed me. But here lays the issue theres only 16 players max that could be in the room and a 4 person cap on vehicles. This always made me a little irritated but i got use to it and accepted it …..key word here accept i no longer want to accept these types of limitations now that i know that xbox could do much more.
Due to a close friend my eyes where opened up to the fullest when my friend asked me to try out a game called arma 2 this massive open world game combined two things i loved the most sand box and first person shooters.
It sent me into a fit of rage all these years faithful to the xbox name and there where games out there with over a 200+ player cap with massive maps far greater then anything on xbox or ps3 to date with dynamic ranges,vehicles,weapons and AI and it wasn’t just one game that had these types of specs on the computer it seemed that if you had a decent gaming rig you were privileged to better looking and cheaper games new games like battlefield badcompany 2 is currently 46.99$ it was released yesterday not only that the player cap is 32 as apposed to 16. which means you get to see more action, even ps3 has a game that has 256 playing in one match! what is going on xbox!?!?!?!?
I feel in my eyes the xbox360 console is dead and i probably wont return to the console world knowing that i could get better games on the pc and i know what everyone is thinking what about the community. Its the one thing everyone falls on when i start to tear the foundation of the xbox apart the community is just as good on the pc as on the xbox everyone talks there are chat systems and if your moving into the pc gaming world from xbox all those peripherals you spent on your xbox works with the pc. the controller plugs in so that you can play games on the pc as if you where on xbox even the wireless products like the wireless mic and controller will work with your pc via a dongle you buy
price,quality, environment everything i would want to pay 50$ a year for is on the pc for free. and All the games are community driven, what does that mean? That means you will always have free dlc from the developers,you will have new vehicles and weapons that improve the game made by the community and over all you get more bang for the cheaper buck on the computer as oppose to the xbox. This is a wake up call to everyone why are you paying 50$ for a premium service just to see geico commercials on the dashboard!! why!! why are you paying 50$ just to not be able to play battlefield 1943,badcompany,ect because the servers are down.. i have yet to be lagged out a pc server .. and contrary to popular belief there are not alot of modders on the pc versions of the game seeing as its easier to torrent and play games on the pc the companies are more diligent with keeping up on updates and thwarting our fellow brethren.
Pc gaming is something new to me and already im taken over with joy i will be sure to update this rant and let everyone see how moving to the pc is beneficial with video and hi rez pictures
Game Difficulties…

So here we go, ranting time.
I have came to the concrete conclusion that video game companies lack the ability to create an enjoyable gaming experience for player who want to play on a higher difficulty than “Normal”. Here is why:
Take Alien vs Predator for instance (the game I am currently into), I am playing through on the Predator campaign on Hard. Normal difficulty of course is a cake walk, with virtually no challenging parts, with the exception of boss fights and some puzzle solving. I completed without dieing for the most part.
Now lets take Hard difficulty for instance.
*Thinking to self, Do-de-do I’m an invisible Predator sitting in this tree 50 feet off the ground cloaked there is no way this marine is going to see me while I’m not moving and invisible*

*Marine walks under me, starts to walk past me with his back turned, I’m thinking sweet I’m going to get him, then Marine suddenly swings around “I FOUND HIM IN THE TREE!”*
Ok what the fuck, maybe he can...
*A true WTF moment pulses through my head, as the Marine spins around and beast shots me out of the tree with 5 bullets from his 99 round magazine*
*I think to myself, OK maybe it was a bug or something… And then it happened, again… and again…. and again. By this point I still stuck on the first enemy of the level wondering “OK Seriously WHAT THE FUCK?”*
So herein lies the problem with today’s video games, instead of making an enjoyable difficult game, it feels like a chore to simply beat 1 level before ripping out you hair in frustration. What should be done on higher difficulties is make the AI more intelligent, not give them screen cheating so they can see my invisible, in the dark, in a tree, across the map. It is just stupid. I can understand giving them some more damage for there gun, but now days the jump from difficulty levels is insane. It goes from the game being mind-numbingly easy on Normal, to “THIS IS FUCKING STUPID! As you slam your Keyboard/Controller on the ground in anger” on Harder difficulties.
In conclusion if a game developer is reading this, please rethink your ideas for gaming difficulties, because this is getting to become plain out stupid.
It is getting to the point were, most players cheat or abuse an exploit just to beat a game on Hard, or higher difficulties, just so they can beat it. I know this isn’t what game companies had in mind, when players were cheating just to beat their game. I mean I can cite 5 games off the top my head that are like this: Call of Duty 4, Call of Duty: WaW, Halo 2 Legendary (Yeah fuck that), Halo Wars Legendary, and AvP Nightmare Difficulty (one death and you start the level over, think Halo 2 Legendary with Iron Skull). Notice a trend? Yeah it is the same damn companies that do it every damn time.
So don’t get me wrong here, I love ALL these games, especially AvP with a passion. But I mean really, It took me under one day to beat all the campaigns on AvP on Normal. And, it was FUN, I enjoyed playing them. And, I still go back and play them for fun. But, it took me an HOUR to beat ONE level on Hard, I haven’t even tried Nightmare yet. It is repeatedly “Trail & Error” it is stupid, I don’t get why companies do that, why make a game so HARD that when you try to beat it on a tougher difficulty you want to throw your game out the window.
So here I am dragging this on, I’m done for now.
